HairDyeFilterTerms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
Age and permission
You must be 18+ to use HairDyeFilter. Upload only a photo you own or have rights to use, with permission from the adult shown. Do not upload celebrity photos.
Service and expectations
We provide AI-generated hair and lash previews. A visual preview, not a guarantee of salon results—real color depends on your current hair. Only hair or lashes are changed; no identity edits, beautify effects or attractiveness scoring.
Commercial use
Commercial use of outputs is allowed if you own or have rights to the photo and have permission of the person shown. Keep the AI-generated label and metadata. Do not use results deceptively, to impersonate someone or illegally. Outputs are not exclusive; similar outputs may exist.
Credits and payments
Packs are one-time purchases, never subscriptions. Credits never expire. Payments are processed by Waffo. Technical failures automatically refund credits; one free re-make per order is available within 72 hours. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days.
AI and retention
Photos are generated with the Seedream 5.0 image model and videos with the Seedance 1.5 Pro video model, both by ByteDance. HairDyeFilter is not affiliated with ByteDance. Photos are never used to train AI models, and processing AI services are not permitted to train on customer data. Partners may retain files briefly for safety and abuse prevention. Photos are deleted after 7 days, outputs after 30 days, and share links stop working when you delete them or when the result expires after 30 days.
