Technical failures

Technical failures automatically refund the credits used for the failed generation.

Unused credits

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] with your order information. Payments are processed by Waffo.

Re-makes

Each order includes one free re-make within 72 hours: one selected image tile or the whole video. Visual results may vary and are not a guarantee of salon outcomes.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs never expire. Used credits are not refundable except for technical failures or where applicable law requires otherwise.
