Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Your photos and privacy

Photos are private by default. We use your photo, selected options and account information to provide try-ons, manage credits and handle support. We do not sell your photos.

AI training

Photos are never used to train AI models. The AI services that process them are not permitted to train on customer data. Processing partners may keep files briefly for safety and abuse prevention.

Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days and generated outputs after 30 days. Public share pages remain until their owner deletes them. Payment and account records may be kept as needed for accounting, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You choose whether to publish a share page and can delete that share from your order. Contact us to request account or photo deletion. Only upload photos of adults aged 18+ with permission.

Processing

Payments are processed by Waffo. Photos are generated with the Seedream 5.0 image model and videos with the Seedance 1.5 Pro video model, both by ByteDance. HairDyeFilter is not affiliated with ByteDance.
